At Positive Design, project management and successful project implementation is a key part of our business. The project begins with the initial consultation where we assess the demands of the requirement and develop initial ideas. On our initial visit we will take accurate measurements and photograph the signage position.

Following that, we undertake a site survey where we conduct a needs and risk assessment in order to ensure safety and effective installation on the day.

We either take a pre-approved design or work with you to create a design best suited to the project requirement. Our design team produce a visual concept by superimposing proposed signage over the photograph the give you a better concept of how the finish signage with look, we know from experience that this is a help with planning applications and gives you and the planners a great idea on signage colour schemes and proportions. We also supplying a scale drawing with material specification measurements and colour references.

Following approval we manufacture in house and install on site – the risk assessement completed in the early stages of the project ensures that all controllable elements progress without hitch.

We obviously understand that after care is a key part of any relationship. Once an installation is complete we maintain regular follow-ups to ensure that the signage or livery is working as it should.
